In the original game the A scenario was the Birkin scenario where he was your primary threat and the B scenario was the tyrant scenario. I also wish the individual character A/B campaigns were somewhat different but they're largely the same as well. Why was this change made? In the original, both scenarios had different bosses throughout the entire game. Especially having the exact same boss fights. I adore it otherwise, but the A/B scenarios are far too similar now and drag down the replayability of the game.
(Only way to get that Mr raccoon is in that area playing b) Basically just puzzle, route and the initial location you start is different. The boss fights remain the same and plot points as well.
However, in B there are differences in starting location, puzzle solutions, and tyrant starts chasing you much earlier as well (triggered seemingly by grabbing the battery in STARS office).
